Three New Bible Study Titles!
Seminars and coaching helps come from extensive coaching and interaction with churches and ministries for over twenty years. Some have been developed for presentation seminars. Others come from one-on-one coaching and training of pastors and ministry leaders.
We provide word and biblical-theological studies that come from over 40 years of reading and experience, as well as many hours of research into the Word of God. Rather than taking away from your own ministry work, they enrich and supplement your own study and research.
Ministry Sharpeners uses a universally recognized ministry health tool called Natural Church Development (NCD). NCD helps a church or ministry examine themselves against eight universally recognized healthy ministry qualities or characteristics.
"The bottom line in ministry is the glory of God and spiritual growth in the lives of people God gives us."

“I now recognize how much I benefit from engaging with other thoughtful believers who come from a complementary vantage point. I am praying for insight into ways to develop that dynamic in relation-ships I have here, as well as seeking out other relation-ships that will address that need. Thanks again for your keen insight and encouragement to our congregation. ”
“ I am changed man and for that I am very thankful. My worst fears have not been realized. My best hopes are in the process of being fulfilled – not something I saw possible last June but for which I am most thankful is the case. Thanks again for your encourage-ment, coaching wisdom and pastoral insight. I am glad to call you my friend. ”
“The whole church will meet again in a month for update and more church health discussion. We’re taking action on particular matters that have been suggested… info for visitors, gatherings for prayer, teaching and discussion on issues the survey raised, scheduling social stuff… Mike and I are talking with revived interest and dependence as church leaders. Folks are enthused. We’re wary of enthusiasm erosion. People have perked-up to looking around for what they can be doing. May Christ cultivate us. ”
“Thanks for empowering and stretching us as a staff. I appreciate being able to look to you as a resource as we seek to become all God wants us to be. My hope is that as we and other churches grow healthier and larger God will encourage you and bless you for the key role you've played. ”
